By creating an account or using the Arcus platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Arcus provides a physics-based racquet customization tool, a stringer marketplace connecting players with stringing professionals, and equipment recommendations. Customization calculations are provided as guidance; we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.

3. Accounts

• Укажите действующий адрес эл. почты и поддерживайте данные аккаунта в актуальном состоянии
• Вы отвечаете за все действия в вашем аккаунте
• Не передавайте данные для входа другим лицам
• Для создания аккаунта вам должно быть не менее 16 лет

4. Player Accounts

Players can use Arcus to calculate racquet customizations, save racquets to their library, track customization history, and find stringers. Customization recommendations are generated from physics models and are provided for informational purposes only.

5. Stringer Accounts

Мастера могут размещать услуги, вести клиентов и работы по натяжке, учитывать склад. Создавая аккаунт мастера, вы соглашаетесь:

• Предоставлять достоверные сведения о бизнесе
• Соблюдать местное законодательство и налоговые обязательства
• Обрабатывать данные клиентов в соответствии с законодательством о защите данных
• Не искажать сведения о своей квалификации и услугах

Stringer verification (verified badge) is granted at Arcus's sole discretion after review. Subscription tier pricing and features are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Acceptable Use

• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation

7. Intellectual Property

The Arcus platform, including its design, physics models, and algorithms, is owned by Arcus. You retain ownership of your data. By using the platform, you grant us a license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arcus provides customization calculations and recommendations as informational tools only. We are not liable for any damage to equipment, injury, or other losses resulting from the application of our recommendations. Racquet modification should be performed by qualified professionals.

Arcus acts as a marketplace connecting players and stringers. We are not a party to transactions between players and stringers and are not liable for the quality of services provided.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection laws.
